I moved to the Crescent in Hall Drive in 2003 with my
wife. We are huge fans of this type of 1960's architecture and had been looking
at similar properties all around the Dulwich area. We fell in love with the
property immediately and were particularly struck by the amazing peace and
quiet afforded by the cut off location.
The back gardens are small but manageable and you may
be interested to know we have a further large communal garden behind the
properties which is surrounded by many mature trees. The houses themselves
present amazing value for money, light, spacious, masses of storage, 4
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage ... you'd have to be a millionaire to afford
the same in a period property.
Be careful if you fancy driving down to take a look,
Hall Drive has the highest speed bumps in the world.
