not a bad area and if you do move there when you have your CHINESE ( check that mods ) make sure you check out the wok express they do great food also you have the police stn in the high street and palace park just up the road as well as the spa leisure cent in beckenham. so yes overall a nice area....

i often see the local police community support officers doing there window shopping in penge ......................... they are the biggest waste of taxpayers moneysince the poll tax they are like trafic wardens but at least trafic wardens do things like dish out tickets ...................... bring...

where was the community support officers ? london has become a joke full of young kids in hoods and no real deterent for them when/if they are caught its time we stuck them in bright orange uniforms and make them pay the community back and all the people that claim benefits and sit at home lets send...
