Hi there, got some heavy things to shift today - just wondered if anyone has a porter's trolley / luggage trolley / similar I could borrow for a very short time this afternoon (Wed 13th). Thanks in advance!

I'd give it a while before trying it. Their waiting staff are - putting it charitably - having teething trouble. I went in at 8.25 to ask for a takeaway tonight, was kept standing around for 10+ minutes, then told in a faraway voice that "no, sorry, we stopped doing takeaway orders at 8.30"...

This is wonderful, a small victory in some senses but an example of how enlightened businesses can take the lead in local improvement. Let's hope this can be used to inspire (or shame) others!
