Re: Station approach - new toilet

Hi Admin,

I emailed Paul Gale to ask him to raise the issue at the Assembly last week. As you will have read he came back with some information but I don't know if it was put to the councillors or not.

Re: Station approach - new toilet

Fwd: Hi Shaun, Thank you for this question and for the photos which obviously make it far easier for me to see what the issue is. I have forwarded this to the project manager and his team for comment, however, the person who is dealing with this is off until July, so I may not be able to get answer ...

Re: Station approach - new toilet

Just emailed this to Paul Gale: Hi Paul, There has been much local concern about the type, location, orientation and general suitability of the new public convenience on Station Approach. It is widely regarded as being ugly, incongruous and certainly not in keeping with the Yorkstone and greatly imp...

Re: Station approach - new toilet

It's also damaged (top left and right) on the side facing the key cutters. Possibly from moving it into place.

Re: Replacing garden fence; my responsibility or neighbour's

It's often specified in the deeds and will generally be one boundary or the other (you are responsible for).

In my experience it's often the right hand boundary as you look at the front, but not always.

Have you asked your neighbours?
