Re: Wells Park practice and Covid vaccinations
I had my 1st vaccination on Monday at Sydenham Green Health Centre (as a Healthcare worker and SGGP patient) and, like Robin, found everything ran smoothly and quickly. In, done and out in under 25 minutes. Well done to all involved.

Re: Dangerous e-scooters in Sydenham
Seen this for a couple of years, in Lewisham, daily, despite it being illegal. Now, since they stated a trial in progress to allow more usage, I have seen far more people on them, on roads, pavements, without helmets etc. I think some people presume they are immune to the laws the rest of us follow?...

Re: 2 large bags of air-filled pillow packaging offered free for collection
Hi Rachael,
Thank you! I did not realise you could do that. If no-one takes them I will do that when I can next get there (on the bus). Pity you cannot do that in general recycling bins (like the ones on my estate). Or can you?

Re: Jah Burns!
Hi, just wondering if anyone will answer any enquiries into this great sounding night? I sent a PM which, I assume, got through to the OP and I really would like to attend and also to help but, if wanted OR not, for this event, I would like to know or have some response, ASAP?
Thanks, Sue
Thanks, Sue

Re: Lewisham A&E closure threat: history repeated
Thank you to those who have signed the petition and talked about this issue to others :) All I can say, in reply to Robin's enquiry, at this time is, it IS VERY SERIOUS! There are very strong implications to all of this and no time to talk about all of this now, even if I could. What doesn't seem ob...

Re: Lewisham A&E closure threat: history repeated
I am very concerned, saddened and worried about this as I know that the hospital/community I work for and the patients and other people that I meet, get to know and help, throughout my shifts at Lewisham Hospital (and others I will not if it happens) WILL suffer if these closures and cuts go ahead. ...

Re: A historical walk through Sydenham Hill Woods
Oh no, I have another long shift that day (Sunday) too (monthly rota says so and no chance of changing) :( I used to take my children and dog there quite often, up until about about 3 years ago, but now he is in doggy-heaven (11 years as part of our family) and my sons are (almost all) grown men, I ...
