More good news for Penge - cafe by day and bar/restaurant by night. There's also a brilliant pizzeria just opened on the High St that is getting fully booked every night (it's opposite the Kent House Academy).

Why are small minded and selfish people so obsessed with cutting pennies off their council tax at the expense of the old, infirm, poor, needy and anything that could remotely be valued by a community?
