I take my suits to the one next to the station approach road, opposite to hsbc and lloyds tsb Never had a problem with them, but then I've never worn a bridesmaid dress or any kind of dress not even a kilt and you'd never catch me wearing one of those sarongs that David "Golden Balls" beckham wears,...

I don't think the bus companys can be blamed for going doing Lawrie Park Avenue, it's wide enough!

The question is have Lewisham learnt from before and resurfaced the road with somthing stong enough for all the kinds of traffic that may use it.

I personally don't mind CCTV, in fact I'd like it even more if it was backed by facial and number plate recognition as well as constant recording and artifcal intelegence.

For example wouldn't it be great if after the fight at greyhound the police could go knocking on the doors of the troublemakers?

Another point about wind power, you say ""It is hard to see how wind power can ever be viable" If you take a look at http://www.kentishflats.co.uk you'll find our local (Offshore) windfarm, it's coming online in the summer and it'll be generating 82.5 MW If two of our nearest power stations are gene...

In some respect it dosn't matter how good the safety record is with nuclear, because it is unique in that even the smallest problem would be a big problem. With renewables or even dirty old power stations almost all problems are containable sometime that is very hard for Nuclear. I still don't under...

I agree with your statement "We are not aware of an alternative means of comparable power from sources that stand to be depleted" But we havn't been talking about sources that can be depleted, we have been talking about renewables versus Nuclear. You have also introduced price to the argument, well ...

As you have missed the point I will make it clear. Building and running nuclear power stations on the face of it are cheap, however once you take in consideration the mattenance de-commisioning and disposal of spent fuel it becomes expensive. Renewables such as wind, tidal and biomass don't have the...

Don't these two quotes from your manifesto conflict?

"Put an immediate stop to the erection of wind turbines. Build more nuclear power plants"

Why is Sydenham so musical?

As I sat oposite the singing teacher from the TV program "musicality" on the train this morning I wondered why Sydenham is so musical? You often see people lugging cello cases over the stations footbridge or flicking though scores on the train, we even have the "chinese elvis" living not to far away...
