I think we have just become used to it. More often than not there are no trains/overground on the weekend and will remain being often until the crossrail works are finished.

There is certainly a frequent quad biker in our area. The noise of it makes it stand out above all other mopeds/motorbikes so much I don't even need to look out of my window, I know it's him by the sound of it.

It beggars belief the council do not move it and should have done long ago. They will probably have to in the long run. I assume owner not reported stolen so they can be held responsible for all costs. So many parts of the car have been removed now that the owner probably wants someone to steal it.

A week later and the car is still there despite the removal warnings. Someone has however removed the 3 Penalty tickets from the window, likely not the owner though.

I haven't seen anyone on site this week and pretty sure there was no one last week either...

Well, the 2nd car has gone. The first car seems to have been frisked for parts and now has 2 penalty charge tickets and a notice for "Removal and/or Destruction" placed upon it.

Well there is now at least a penalty charge notice on the windscreen as of 1800 hrs when I went past it.
