Re: I have salt. I have snow shovel. Bring it on!
Just got back from Northampton work commitment hense my jovial mood, it's the aids capital of the UK apparently? It snowed on my way up there, quite a harrowing experience driving on the M1 during a blizzard, what with lunatic BMW and psycho lorry drivers. I really don't like driving in the snow, it...

Re: Saving Pubs / Housing People
Thanks Mrs Bradford Not sure how it is a grey area. Seems logical to build houses for people of working age only where jobs are or easy access to jobs. Otherwise logically how can they afford a house , either to buy or rent. We need a few more new towns with decent transport links. Keeping things t...

IMO, So what? Disingenuous, probably. What does that say about the individuals who post fake recommendations? They are untrustworthy? Nope, it says they are human beings trying to big themselves up a bit, we're all guilty of that to some extent. The act does beg the question, would you allow a disin...

Re: Saving Pubs / Housing People
Modern building design is in the doldrums, designers are constricted by the limiting constraints of modern architectural design techniques which employ unimaginative AutoCAD (AutoSAD) software. The limitations of this point "N" click architectural tool stifles creativity because it fosters...

Trick of the tail wasn't a bad album, I think it was written with Gabriel in mind but agree Collins ruined that band in the end.

its not complaining to want to live in a pleasant environment is it? No, it isn't and it is healthy to want to do so. I also think that you are wasting your time trying to get the council to listen. Labours ministry of justice started this by sneaking bail hostels in to decent communities where by ...

This has been going on for years with gems like "The Gentrification of Miriam Lodge" being a plus point. I wish wolfster didn't go to the lengths he did to get himself banned, he was one of the only people I could argue with where said arguments didn't end with death threats. I wonder wher...

Re: Miriam Lodge Planning Application
That's a bit harsh Annie, I've seen this kind of anti community, mean spirited and unsympathetic campaign in the past which turned out to be a storm in a tea cup. Some people in society are unfortunate, that doesn't necessarily mean the want to steal from you or burn your house down. Scaremongering ...
