Not 100% but i think the original building was demolished,a smaller building housing a betting office was built in the car park area about 1982,I think Lidls occupies the site where the Saxon Tavern was.chris..

Was wondering if you had any shots of the current site we(sugahill coffee shop) are now occupying at 250 Kirkdale can remember it being a dressmakers shop in the early 80s ..chris...lurking

please be aware if you are the owner of a small handwash basin, somebody broke into our toilet recently at sugahill and stole the plug we are afraid the theif could be going for the full set keep em peeled chris
