Hoardings have gone up for Nando's outside the building including advertising for staff. It's happening people!!!

mosy, I've had mine. Not only that I called (quite early in the day I suppose) and spoke to a real human person. Asked them to recalculate my bill over 12 months instead of 10. Second bill arrived and first payment made.

I hate being on hold but somehow this was a smooth process...this time.

I've just found the documents online. Will be interesting to see what retail goes in there esp. as there are so many empty shops in the area.

Does anyone know what's going on there? I only moved to Sydenham in December so have no idea how long the properties next to The Lovely Gallery have been boarded up but the demolition is happening rather rapidly now. Do we know what's going in its place? I assume flats but would appreciate any intel...

I think the Poodle Club is bloody brilliant! I've been 3 times so far and will continue to go. I bet those griping haven't even been (although I'm sure you'd be welcomed very warmly by Karen and her hubby). Last Friday's show was excellent - please people of Sydenham: help keep this place stay open!!
