I presume the new Pub is where the old tiles from the former " drinking corridor" are to be reinstated ? That would make a fantastic centre peice to the venue

It's being sold by an LPA Receiver who does not have the same powers as a normal receiver / administrator. They will take the quickest and highest price with no regard for the buyers future use intentions

Croydon Council will do everything possible to stop C.P.F.C .migrating to C.P.P. they would not want to lose the Club to Bromley Council Why is that, out of interest? I would guess it was much larger a while ago. I suppose culverting, lack of management , silting etc over the the decades have contributed to its restriction. It once powered many Mills so must have been something more than it is now

The site is being devloped by "Circle" who are a registered Housing association, so all the units will be " Affordable", a nice new estate !
