I think that's the Developer's plan, to let it get smashed up by vandals, squatted in and just basically to fall into a ruin, then the council will be forced to allow it to be bulldozed and flats built in it's place..........you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work that one out!

I've just found out that there's going to be a Hostel on Peak Hill, is this true?
Also can someone tell me how big it is, where it is on Peak Hill and what kind of people will be in habiting it.

I'm thinking of moving to Sydenham so I decided to drive around the are last Sunday. I couldn't help but notice there were a few skinheads drinking in the pub near The Dolphin at the front of the pub.

Just wonderig if Sydenham has a large skinhead problem?

Hi all I currently live in north London and I'm seriously thinking of moving to Sydenham or Forest Hill, can people just honestly tell what it's really like. Also what areas of sydenham are more desirable or the areas to definately avoid. Links to crime stats would be nice as well.
