Where the chuff does one start with a new kitchen?
Now, let's just say that my kitchen was held together with gaffa tape [true story] and I wanted to spend a tiny bit of money on a new one but was finding the sheer quantity of kitchens on the internet to be mind numbing, where should I start? Where shouldn't I go? Who do I get to fit it for me? Plac...

Bathroom ceiling is on the floor, not where it should be.
Leaks from upstairs are bad, it turns out.
Anyone recommend someone who'll come sort it out for us, please.
Many thanks

Re: On the Hoof Bistro
We went here for Sunday lunch today, completely delicious. The best Sunday lunch any one of us had experienced in a long time. We left very happily stuffed to the gills and will return very soon.
Let's support this wonderful addition to our high street.

Re: Fairlawn Park
I've lived on Fairlawn for a few years. I like living here and we've already seen improvements in the time that we've been here.

Re: IT DEFIES ALL LOGIC!
Ah yes. I heard this noise (difficult not to) from the other end of Fairlawn. We assumed that perhaps the council had realised that the tree was actually a portal to hell and that's why the emergency midnight work had been undertaken.

Re: Looking for any Recommended Trades Man
I used a great Plumber recently.
Spent 4 hours trying to fix my boiler, went out twice for parts, spent 2 hours on the phone to Worcester and when nothing worked he tried not to charge me.
He deserves a medal

Thanks ag...

Looking for a Carpenter/Handyman
Right people,
I need a Carpenter/someone handy with a piece of wood/ply, to build me a big cupboard in my hall to contain all the bags of crap I own that are threatening to take over my flat.
Please help, or I'm going to have to start piling up my books in the front garden.

Re: Trees in Fairlawn Park.
Well, I'm hoping that your theory is correct, but there would seem to be an empty space where one stood a couple of days ago...

Trees in Fairlawn Park.
They seem to be chopping down all the trees on the pavements in Fairlawn Park.
This makes me sad.
