...[clip]... Mosy: I once saw a famous (in beer circles) beer writer Melissa Cole speak about different styles of beer. She said that she says to anyone who says they don't like beer "No, you just haven't found a beer you like yet." G-Man For myself, I think there is a lot of truth in tha...

Re: Parking problems
I would absolutely support a CPZ covering Sydenham. In fact, I've previously requested the council put one in on the residents parking area outside my house on Silverdale...which many commuters think is a station car park! The council didn't bother to respond, in fact they were surprised someone wa...

Certainly Tredown area is a prime candidate for this treatment.

No issues with BT Infinity. Sold 60Mbps down and about 18Mbps (ping of 15 or 16ms). EE 4G measured last night as 27 down, 8 up and a ping of 35ms.
For normal web browsing anything above 2Mbps is probably not going to make a difference but lower ping times will be noticable.

Re: Golden Lion pub
The lighting needs to be soft and diffuse. No bare bulbs casting harsh hard light. The menu needs some pizaz. As does the presentation (everything on plain white plates does not cut it against the dolphin). And the tables need to be more random: there is a sight line right through as the tables are ...

Our 21 month old little girl has been going to Cornerstone at the end of Trewsbury Road 5 days a week for the last 9 months or so. She's very happy there and I think it's made an amazing difference to her development. She goes 5 days a week but they offer any combination of days

Maybe a harsh viewpoint but I don't see why the Police/society should be all that worried about the risk these criminals choose to take with regards to their own health. They should be pursued and caught.

Report it to the police. If there are enough reports then eventually they will do something. Hopefully permanently remove the bikes for a start

There used to be a carpet/flooring shop on the high st, they would have recommended someone local, however it appears to have gone, looking at Streetview. Sydenham DIY shop might be able to recommend someone? Still there: http://houseofcarpetsandcurtains.co.uk/ We've used them for carpets for 3 roo...
