I can't imagine there are any places in London or any other big City that don't hold a danger for women out late at night on thier own. You just need to be careful and on your guard.

I would never decribe Sydenham as being gough though.

It's such a shame all these pubs are closing down. Soon we'll not have any left. I guess the Bricklayers will be next.

Not all properties built as social housing are still social housing.

I was browsing the net for properties in Sydenham for a friend who's thinking of moving here. I think it was on 'Right Move' website.

Kirkdale is a good location. Close to the station and High Street. Also close to Forest Hill and just over the hill to Dulwich.

I love the idea of the old Chemist Machary's being turned into an old fashioned sweet shop.
The rent on that property is £15,000 per annum. wonder how much money you could make on sweets. something to think about !!
