When I checked the NR site earlier they were showing all scheduled trains from Sydenham as running on time.... ?????? Luckily I trusted my instincts and didn't attempt to get to work, but seriously - how hard is it to show correct information, or at least show information that isn't wildly inaccurat...

So did anyone go to this meeting, and if so does it look like the Tesco will be going ahead?

My central line connection was also freezing... what was going on??????

You do have a point Lambchops (on the price thing, not on the incontinent thing!).... but unfortunately sometimes there are events that you actually want/really need to be at.

Eagle, there's a middle ground between cheap and luxury. Personally I have parents on two continents - ie one here in England and one in Australia. That's a situation that is completely out of my control, but they're not getting any younger. You make air travel a luxury and how am I meant to afford ...

It's not exactly the high street, but what about That's Amore? Definitely the friendliest, most welcoming restaurant I've ever eaten at, and the grub's great too.

Personally, boyfriend & I love That's Amore. The owner greets us like old friends now, so it would feel like cheating if we went anywhere else!
