Eagle - is there any way we can pin this problem on The Labour Party?

As Christmas has become increasingly taken over by 'The Man', I'm surprised carols havent been hijacked by the corporates.

That would be an ideal carol to rename 'Away in a Pret a Manger'

It is indeed the Genesis Revisited 2 - and you're right, a lot of it sounds like a tribute band - although, ironically, not as good as Musical Box.

I have not seen a single thing done to it for months, and it seriously looks though someone is waiting for it to fall into such disrepair, that it will need to be pulled down.

I've had an Amex card for over 20 years, and would thoroughly recommend them - apart from the ocassional marketing call I get in the evening, just as we are putting the kids to bed.

Amex isnt a credit card - its a charge card.

A true American Express card needs to be cleared in full each month.

I got the same - I think its a cracking idea - if it works! Amex must be incentivising the smaller shops, by reducing their charges. Looks like someone had struck a water main today - when I walked past this evening, there was a veritable fountain of water gushing out of the ground, and forming a river outside Payless.

Looks like the work is in progress to alter the roundabout at Cobbs. Much marking of the road and pavement has been done, and surveyors there this morning with their equipment.
