I would like to make my own play-doh and believe this is the key ingredient. Today I tried to buy this in the big Sainsburys, the health food shop, and the pharmacy but nobody had it. Any idea where this ingredient can be bought?

Smash bang wallop on crystal palace triangle has great funky baby gear. The book shop on the same stretch has a nice selection of baby books. Forest hill probably has some nice gift shops but I'm unfamiliar with what's there.

I also have a two year old and know that a lot of the playgroups that we attend don't run in school holidays (e.g. Monday mornings at St John's, the Lewisham baby gym etc).
