Conservativley, a decent parade of shops nearby can add 14% to your house value. A poor one (as in our case) can knock anything up to 20% OFF the value.... With exquisite timing the gas boiler has gone on the blink. The fault suggests low gas pressure so it may be the supply rather than the boiler.

Anybody else having problems?
