Re: Bell Green Neighbourhood Forum

Hi Stuart, Personally, my ideas are many and various, one of which has already been submitted to Pat Codd as a public question for this month's full council meeting. As for the forum, that is a matter for discussion and democratic vote by the Forum members. My ideas would have to be submitted just l...

Re: Bell Green Action Group - an Alternative Proposal.

Hi John. I think you have mistaken the numbers, as the babies attending the BGNF meeting were not entitled to vote. A couple of people had to leave before the vote, which was overwhelmingly in favour of proceeding. You are the only person who voted against, and there were no abstentions. Your vote w...

Re: Level Crossing over Forest Hill station!?

There was a scary number of fatalities at the level crossing at FH, and nearby stations, according to the local newspapers, who reported on coroner's courts. Many of the casualties were railway staff, who knew the timetable backwards, but forgot about private hire and excursion trains.

I was sitting next to Colleen, the licensee, when i read your allegations. She was pretty unimpressed with your efforts. I haven't and will never take any action without discussing it with her first, and I am doing everything I can to support her in securing her future. Please check your facts with ...

Re: URGENT: Livesey in danger!!

Perhaps you should pop in and talk to the management? They have been kept on a rolling lease for years, unable to take bookings a year ahead. Buyers turned up, saying that the club would be evicted next year. No word from their landlord, who are refusing to take calls, or to respond to emails. If we...

Re: Bell Green Neighbourhood Forum proposals...

Dear John, As it was made clear to you in the meeting, this is not, and never has been, to set up a Bellingham NF. It was always about a forum involving sections of three wards, as encouraged by the Mayor. Jacq Paschoud specifically stressed that point at the meeting. You are quite entitled to organ...

Re: Bell Green Neighbourhood Forum proposals...

If you go to SE26.life, you will see the draft Constitution, showing the absolutely democratic rules laid down by statute. A Neighbourhood Forum has to follow the rules, or its Neighbourhood Plan won't be subject to the final democratic vote. Of course, you won't get to experience this, as you live ...
