My BH has written to the co-op suggesting they resume operations on the site.
She was copied in on correspondence when the matter was transferred to their area guy who deals with Sydenham.
No further response - yet.

The members and officers could have elected to grant permission and then clarify the two issues highlighted in their rejection. In another application not 1m miles away on Kirkdale, a Change of Use application, which had no Noise Survey or Impact statement included, was granted, with these condition...

Concur wholly with Jon's view.
He has done exceptionally well to secure NR's approval and consent for the sites and in very short order.
I echo his view - why is Chris Best being asked - is her approval a pre-requisite or am I mis-reading the poster's intent ?
