I've been trying to upload some photos by adding IMG links to my flickr page - no joy so far - does the image show in the preview or just the link?? if its just the link then its work and Im being stupid !

Normally Sydenham Hill can be a nightmare when it snows - but Sydenham station usually does not suffer - we will see !! - Im not sure how Lower Sydenham copes !

Can't you go to the station where you got it an be issued a replacement ?
I might need to do the same - my oyster is requiring two or three swipes before its registered now !!

I think I remember it being a Co-op with a carpark out the back but I was young when this was the case and can't be sure if it took up both stores - I don't think its any great loss - I thought it was was over priced from my visits to it in its life as the Sydenham Hypermarket - at least theres now ...

Am I the only one who thinks its a total waste of time having these gates at Sydenham station?

Not trying to be clever but from my knowledge of the area - I would say that happened at the roundabout on Sydenham Avenue? - and the sad thing is the people that did it probably live in your estate - Chulsa Estate/Chulsa road

Also the money they are making back on people not avaiding their fares must be being spent on "secutity staff" - to manage/open the gates during busy periods- WASTE WASTE WASTE - next Friday should be interesting !!!

I had some cut by a shop down croydon road towards Elmers End - and they were pretty cheap - I can't remember the name but Im sure I got their details from the Yellow pages
