I definitely agree with the tree planting.

These evening the blue barriers were all flat on the ground and one was half in the road.

All I know is the lights have been on 24/7 for weeks..... months - since June?
I wonder who will have to pay the electric bill!!

I also saw a street cleaner at the lower end of the high street on Boxing Day and was quite impressed.

I went to this last Sat evening and was really disappointed to find that it was just a fun fair with a few stalls. I didn't even see the ice rink.
At least when I went the matting was still fairly dry and mud free.

I just thought it might benefit Sydenham to be "linked" with Dulwich rather than Lewisham and that it would be a good thing, in that it might help improve Sydenham a little.... though I don't know how!

For Sydenham, the proposed constituency is Dulwich and Sydenham. Surely that has to be better than to be tied in with Catford and Lewisham?!

You can always tell when a 176 is coming as it has an unique sound - as if it is about to blow up! It's about time they were scrapped.
Frequencies of 10/12 minutes daytimes are ok, about the same as now.

A lot of the weekend fireworks are part of Diwali celebrations for the Hindu communities.

It's ironic that Lewisham council are making so many cut backs, e.g on rubbish collection, yet all this money is being 'wasted' on Dartmouth Rd.
