Re: Market Research

"Other than the pub where do you currently purchase your beer from?" After work on a friday, I get it from the off-licence because it's cold and I can't be arsed with faffing about in Sainsbury's during the evening crush. Less stress in other words. On Saturday I'll haunt the booze aisle ...

I'm all for spending more money on groceries for better quality and organic.... but that Franklin's place in East Dulwich really does take the p!$$. Whenever we're in Dulwich, we go in there to have a laugh at the prices. Who pays that kind of money!?! I'm glad you agree, girl_cunuck. The people of...

East Dulwich still has chicken places, betting shops, greasy spoons etc. It has a bit of everything for everyone except pubs (they all seem to be gastro pubs) and a great little market and friendly antiques/curios store at the weekend. It also has an incredibly pretentious - thus c_ntish - 'farm sh...

but just incase, how can I sell information on an open public forum and who would buy it?.
Sod knows. Although if I were to go about the transaction you've enquired upon, I'd cover my back by seeking Bensonby's counsel on the matter before proceeding. As I'm sure you would too.

For a 'big night out' I love 176ing it to Lordship Lane.
Or - 'The Strip', as it's known in its locale.

Re: WHERE DO YOU GO?

"When you shop or eat out, do you stay local or travel elsewhere?" I do all my food shopping in Savacentre. Eat out? I'm single at the moment so I don't have to. And the only reason I would eat out was if I was about to get w_nkered in the pub and needed a bit of ballast to absorb all the...

Without wishing to piss on your chips - or pizza, in this case - I fear that Sydenham lacks the clientele you're wishing to attract. Don't get me wrong, I love a good oven pizza as much as the next man who actually knows what they are, as opposed to most of these nouveau-riche types who think they o...

Is the Black 'n' Decker bore-hole on my forehead that obvious, Bag Lady? Naturally, I was going to advise 'mrtimelover' to place two ads in the wanted section. One for a full length mirror to be closely followed by an ad seeking an old neck-tie. This would easily facilitate any hijinks that are a di...

Seishin Juku Shotokan Karate club.

Sydenham Hill estate community hall

There's also another club who I believe is run by the same people on No.15 Davids road, Forest Hill.

Sorry, but I don't have any Tel.No's for either.

Re: Charity collection at Sydenham station on Tuesday 16th M

This morning I was approached by women collecting money for a 'special school' at Sydenham Station.

Who were they collecting for, the school of hard knocks?

Am I alone in pondering if Chrysler in lower Sydenham ever sold a car. Or had an interested party walk through it's doors.

I can think of much more profitable locations in south London to sell big American cars. Sydenham - especially 'lower' - isn't one of them.
