Yes, I had exactly the same experience time and again... so, and against all my principles (re supporting local traders) I now take any dry cleaning clothes to a fantastic one in CP.

I use the one next to Penge East stn, never had any issues. Fell out with another in Sydenham after jacket ruined. Def recommended Penge East

Yes me too. I have a jacket which came out exactly the same as it went in except that it was pressed. It was so long ago that I can't remember which one it was, either Kirkdale on one on Syd Road. I've also had a pair of trousers go missing (they found them weeks later behind the panel where they had fallen down) and a button repair that wasn't done and had to go back.
