STOP PRESS: 100,000 POSTS & CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION

Post by admin »

This is the 100,001th post made since our launch 10 years ago by over 3,000 contributors. Thank you all (apart from the odd spammer!).

Here is the post I made a long time ago when we hit 30,000. Some names there still with us and some gone but not forgotten: http://sydenham.org.uk/forum/viewtopic. ... sts#p31721

So to celebrate I shall be in The Dolphin Wednesday night (17th December) from 8pm if anyone would like to keep me company. People who don't know me should look out for an old 'pink' unfolded Financial Times on the table and a folded Brompton nearby. It would be great to meet both old and new posters - or even the odd lurker. You don't have to say who you are ... but this is me.

Will you be coming along Wednesday to collect? I wouldn't advise buying a return ticket

apologies for not attending this - I've been a bit unwell, and couldn't bring myself to leave the house last night.

Hope you all enjoyed drinks without any fisticuffs.

So, in comparison to your "top ten" posters 5 years ago what does the ranking look like now?
