McDonalds drive-in in Lower Sydenham

Post by alywin »

I was discussing drive-in takeaway restaurants with a friend the other day, and wondered how the McDonalds down by Big Sainsburys is settling in? I didn't think I'd seen anyone complaining about antisocial behaviour or anything on these boards?

I am surprised it is classed as a restaurant . Perhaps a Cafe at best.

Great shame will all the childhood obesity that this , whatever it is , has found a home in SE26.

It's fine - I live nearby and no problems at all. It wouldn't have been my first choice of local teenage hangout but when I was 15 we had to make do with the pub - not an option for today's teens

Couldn't this rather pointless conversation have been discussed within another previous thread relating to McDonald's?

apologies, parker, nobody told me you were the arbiter of the pointlessness or otherwise of conversations. I thought I was merely reassuring a concerned local that lower sydenham has not experienced a tsunami of antisocial behaviour as a consequence of the new eaterie

I think this kind of discussion is precisely what this forum is for .
I am glad that nobody has been affected , apart from the olfactory mugging that robbieduncan mentioned .
A very good evening
