Looking for a shop unit in Sydenham

Post by drigby »

Hi

We are a long established family business with three shops (homewares, fashion, gifts etc) in south east London. We are hoping to open a new shop in Sydenham. If you are a business owner or know of one who is considering selling their premises or passing their lease, then please do get in touch.

Many thanks
Dan

Might be worth contacting the Sydenham Society, or Pat Trembath via here - check the Greyhound post for her details.

I think there's definitely demand as the closest gift shop is bunka in forest hill or kirkdale book shop.

Also might be worth contacting the SEE3 group - I don't think this still goes on now but Annabelle Mclaren is also in the Sydenham society as well as a director on the regeneration project
