Could it be adopted for Sydenham?

We are working with Hillingdon Council. They have a Hillingdon Card which works really well and offers discounts, promotions and free parking across the borough.

What incentives could make a difference to Sydenham?

I think there are already some shops & restaurants around Sydenham that are part of this scheme.
