From a post on the Sydenham Facebook page, the Hill Top Cafe across the road is where Paris is moving to. You will see the windows closed up and covered with newspaper just like Paris' and someone saw barbers chairs moving in there.
So from the whole story they said it will be half Paris' barbers and also a fried chicken shop, just across the road next to Lloyds Bank.
All barbers will be closed at the moment, lockdown forced closure, so probably using this time to do the move, which makes logical sense.
