Just going back a little I noticed an application on the large empty double unit opposite puregym from July. The application is for a change of use from retail to restaurant. Any ideas if there is something being planned or more the owner is changing use in the hope someone will take it on as a restaurant as it hasn’t been rented out much as a retail space..
