Whether you’re a club member or not, have played before or not, whether you are a partner of a player or a “rusty racket” – you are invited to enjoy 2 FREE adult coaching sessions starting next week. Whether you want to get fit, have fun (hopefully both!) or your children are beating you at tennis…we are offering 2 weeks (1 hour a week) FREE coaching from September in our new Monday sessions.
Option 1 : 9.30-10.30am or

Option 2 :10.30-11.30am,

classes limited to just 8 per group and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Starting on 8th September ​2014.

BENEFITS OF TENNIS The average player will cover between 3 and 5 miles during a match and burn up to 600 calories per hour. Tennis players perform the same few movements over and over again, which helps tone the thighs, bum, stomach and arms. Tennis is a fast-paced sport that requires a combination of many different aspects of fitness, making it a great all-round workout. Regular play will help you to increase aerobic fitness, anaerobic fitness, speed, strength, power, flexibility, balance, coordination and muscle tone.
