Haven't been able to find a suitably large enough, riddled with biting insects enough and splintered enough telegraph pole so count me in.

Gentlemen,

Yesterday I was made aware that I (or more accurately Katherine) have won a brand-new bed. It retails at £1500.

Basically it's a King-Size bed, good for allergies and has a 7-zone contoured mattress which is super comfy.

It was an Ideal Home competition but here's the exact bed in another competition:

http://www.mirror.co.uk/fun-games/compe ... -22709688/

And here's the manufacturers site:

http://www.silentnight.co.uk/products/b ... /indulgent

Joe P is having a little look to see if he might be interested so he has first refusal but would anyone else be interested? Either as a replacement or upgrade? Naturally I would be open to (sensible) offers.

Won't mention it again on the thread and sorry for - again - cutting across your efforts Donny.

BTW: Sorry to hear that Aidan. Get well soon.

Another wildly off topic post but ... Mate at work has got a spare ticket to see Big Audio Dynamite at the Shepards Bush Empire this Sunday, face value of £38 Inc P&P he's willing to accept 20 squid if anyone fancies it. Txt me on 07789167457 or PM me. Cheers !

PS. How about the Sydenham Sickles as in hammer and .... ( hears tumbleweed and church bells in the distance) ?

You can't beat a good baby-bouncer CycleSteve.

Just a reminder for those playing for Sydenham tonight, please DON'T wear any bright coloured lumionous shirts.

Our orange shirts will be blinding enough.

£ 6.00 each - 19:30 kick off - meet about quarter of an hour before kick off.

Let the battle commence.

Lads numbers are low for this weds with only 8 confirmed so far:

Parklife
Donny
Ulysses
Redhead
BalhamSteve
Powell
Biscuit
Chrelcombe

Unless numbers pick up I will have to downgrade to a 5's pitch so hurry up and confirm.....

Car is at the garage, any chance I can grab a lift off someone for tonights challenge match?

Donny, can you bring the bibs with you tonight after all please?

We've only got 7 shirts for 9 of us so will need a couple of luminous bibs for the couple without shirts.

You're all fine to play without.

Cheers

Looking forward to the Lokomotiv Firebox game tonight.
I'm afraid I can't make Wednesday this week (won't be able to make following week either).

Liked the Firebox pics- did you spot Droid/Andrew - he hasn't changed! :)
