Yeah, i'm still not going to be around until at least late June/Early July, foot's recovered enough to put weight on now but still having physio in an attempt to play sport properly again.

Steve's got some massive uni project on at the minute and then moves out of London at the end of June so you may have seen the last of him, not sure.

Not sure about Ryan but Droid's not going to be playing until at least mid July i'd have thought, he's got a massive cycling event in early July where he's doing a replica stage of the Tour De France. Understandably doesn't want to risk picking up an injury for the sake of a Wednesday kick about, especially after the money he's been raising for charity in the build up to the event...

Sorry chaps, see you soon.

Horribly late, but only just found out last lecture tomorrow is cancelled and school is out for summer.
Any chance of a game tomorrow? I'll bring my plimsoles to work just in case...

@Paul: Yes mate, we're on the 7s. Usual time and place.

Yes, chuffed that we're staying on the 7s. Think Paul. had already confirmed so I make us 13.

13 or 14...not too bothered so long as we aren't on the 5s! Though given I've not played for a few weeks I might revise my opinion after an hour of play on this warm evening.

Incredible effort tonight from the bibs who belied the fact they were a man down. Outstanding.

In for the 8th.

Re: Kitty; we took £104 tonight so it's standing at £86.25 after shelling out for the pitch.

i am down at Goals on the 8th for a separate meeting. The group i am with have booked a pitch and are 'training ' from 7-9pm.
I hope to ger time away from the 'fat fighters' meeting to be able to discuss potential matches with some of the chaps on my fitness course. Else it may have the potential to add a few more people to the STF player pool.

ps. as a footnote , they haven't played football in years and so are no used to the rigours of competitive 5-a-side.

See you wednesday

6 at the mo. Of course the cut-off is Monday early afternoon so with a few regulars still to show their hand I'll keep my powder dry.

If we're 12 or more I think it makes sense to stick with the 7s.
