Hello
I saw hour ad on the east Dulwich forum and I am interested in having a game. Where and when?

Regards

Scott

We play every Wednesday at Goals on Copers Cope Road, BR3 1NZ. We meet at 8:15pm in the bar for an 8:30pm kick off.

Match fee is £8. We have balls and bibs. You'll need to wear trainers, not studs; shinpads optional but recommended!

You're very welcome to join us whenever you fancy a game - just post your availability on this forum each week, ideally by Monday lunchtime.

I have a plus 1 as well by the way. David Alamouti, a guy who Michael, Chris and myself play with on a Saturday sometimes will be joining us :) He'll join the forum afterwards.

Think we're up to 10 now. woop woop.

Sam.

Hello chaps

Haven't played for years, normally play tennis but have a long term injury and am getting board!

Do I just turn up or do you need to work out numbers each week?

cheers

Dan.

I have the bibs and balls but cannot be there now on Wednesday. Shall I leave them with reception or would someone prefer that I drop them elsewhere?

Yes, just turn up! We usually end up with between 10 and 14 players, so it generally works out okay.

See you on Wednesday? We meet at 8:15pm in the bar at Goals on Copers Cope Road.

If Goals are happy to look after them then please do drop them off at reception.

I literally haven't kicked a ball in about 25 years and am recovering from a bout of pneumonia so probably next Wednesday is more realistic. I might come down anyway to say hello if thats ok.

Do I need proper football trainers or can I wear anything on my feet?

cheers

Dan.

No worries - that sounds like a decent excuse! Feel free to pop down to say hi. We meet in the bar at Goals at about 8:15pm.

Any trainers are fine; just avoid studs and blades. Shinpads optional but recommended!
