Big Fish Little Fish X Buttoned Down Disco 8th Feb

Post by NatashaM »

Something very exciting has happened. Big Fish Little Fish family rave crew have teamed up with Buttoned Down Disco to celebrate the first anniversary of BFLF's residency at The Bedford in Balham.

The theme is 'The Enchanted Forest' and you're encouraged to dress up!

Come and rave from 2pm until 4.30pm on the delightful circular dancefloor with minstrel's gallery, create an owl mask, colour in the graffiti wall or add your leaf to our wishing tree in the Happy Monkey craft room and roll, crawl and chill in the two connected soft play rooms for toddlers and babies with plenty of sofas for parents.

BakerChef's cake stall will be selling stunning treats including gluten free options.

Sticky Beak Theatre are running FREE drama workshops for the over-3s where imagination and ingenuity come into play as children work together to protect the enchanted forest.

On a more prosaic level there's 25% off Sunday lunch at The Bedford for all our ticket holders.

As ever there's loads of freebies for the kids - glowsticks and transfer tattoos at the rave plus Bear Nibbles and Happy Monkey smoothies to take home.

We provide ground floor buggy parking, baby change and are breastfeeding friendly. BFLF is aimed primarily at children aged 8 and under and their parents/carers/grandparents/aunts/uncles/friends. Older siblings are welcome too.

Tickets cost £8 adult, £4.50 walking children and pre-walking infants go free - buy them here: http://www.wegottickets.com/bigfishlitt ... roductions

Later in Spring join us at The Imagine Childrens' Festival where we'll be taking over the Festival Hall's Clore Ballroom, The Mini VAULT Festival under Waterloo station and the London Electronic Arts festival (LEAF) where we'll be hosting a room with Korg synths and Hellicar and Lewis' Cariad Interactive projections and an ambient soundtrack provided by Boiler Room editor in chief Joe Muggs.
