Who fixes broken car locks?

So, my car is so old and so crap that the second lock has just broken leaving me completely unable to get into it.
Any thoughts on someone to call who would come and fix this for me?
I just had a Google but I seem to be finding replacement key services, whereas I need someone to break it open and replace the lock.
