I did go there some years ago. I can't answer your question though as there isn't really a measure for feeling better and/or making better, and they don't claim to offer instant or magic cures for whatever ails one. It's also hard to separate wanting to feel better, the panacea effect, when cost is playing a part. They've been established in their shop for a very long time though so can't be short of repeat customers.
