Where to get doors dipped?
We need to get the doors in our house dipped. Does anyone know of somewhere local that we can get this done?

There is a shop on Kirkdale, I think its called Avalon. It looks like its closed but it isn't (there's a phone number on the door). We got our doors dipped by them, and so did some friends of ours - they were very efficient. As far as I can remember it cost 15 - 20 pounds per door. They come and collect them and bring them back. I don't have the number anymore but hope the info helps.

Actually I just checked and its not called Avalon, its the shop 2 doors up from them that doesn't seem to have a name! Hope that's still helpful!
