I'm in and so is Rikki Tik Rizzi - absent for a few months but fancies a run out. Think Big Phil is up for it too but expect he'll confirm separately.

Are we on a 5's or 7's ptch tomorrow ? I only ask, as we may still have more room for a couple of players if we are on a 7's

Can't I'm afraid - usual problem of people not confirming before the weekend, meaning that the 7 is already booked when we try to upgrade.

I suspect with the general iciness[sic?]/cold and abject incompetence of Goals we should be thankful of a) them having any pitches to play on at all and b) us having 12~ players so close to Xmas.

For once, with 12, I'm happy to play on any pitch.

Thought I'd add that smilie just for the buck-toothness of it all!

Whatever happened to the idea of booking the 7, then downgrading to the 5? Same but different right? Is that not just as easy going forwards?

We can also hope that the teams already booked on the 7's have no bollo's for the cold weather and may want to downgrade because of the lack of numbers.

If we have to play on the 5's, I am more than willing to take a breather now and then.

So will I. Though it will be due to being two sheets to the wind as I forgot it is the work's Xmas lynch tomorrow. So expect lots of falling over, air kicks and even more balls over the nets.

Problem is, if you book the 7 and don't get the numbers, all the 5s could be gone as well, and you lose £30.

That's why I ask everyone to confirm early - which isn't happening at the minute.

Phil's had to pull out - heading back to Cheltenham with suspected tonsilitis.

Regrettably, I'm out tonight not through being trolleyed, far from it, one of our cats disappeared over the weekend. I'll be out scouring the streets for it tonight. Somehow I don't think I'll be able to get away with looking for it on Coper's Cope Road at around 8:30!

An extremely big thanks to Matt who drove me back to Goals on realising i had left my wallet in the Nou Camp. Luckily my wallet was still there,. . . next to my house keys which i had also forgotten.
