Paint All Over Pavement

So last week some community spirited "person" decided that the best place to get rid of some spare white paint was to dump it on the street without the lid on properly and as consequence there's a large puddle of it and many footprints up and down the new and expensive pavement outside the jewellers opposite Wellbeing. Anyone know how to get Lewisham to clean it up?
