It's fully let now, I believe. The rest of it is going to be trade counters and warehouses.

What've we got so far? Currys/PC World, Next, B&Q, Halfords, a pet store, McDonalds recruiting already? My memory's failing here.

Yes, the ones they are building are not retail units. It's called Trade City and it's warehouses, storage units, trade counters etc.
