Just to let everyone know the outcome of the Temporary Event Notice for the following activities to take place
from 2am to 4.30 on Saturday 31st January 2015 and 2am to 5.30am on Sunday 1 February 2015
Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises
Regulated entertainment
The provision of late night refreshment
These premises were subject to a review where the decision of the Committee to reduce the hours of operation to 2am and the addition of several conditions were consented to by the licensee and the Magistrates Court on appeal.
Lewisham Police made representations last night at the Licensing Committee. After listening to representations from all parties the Licensing Committee decided not to permit the Temporary Event on Saturday 31st January and Sunday 1st February. The club must remain within its operating hours up to 2am.
There is a right of appeal to the Magistrates Court against the decision either to give a counter notice or to allow the temporary event to go ahead.
