I've seen quite a lot of product recalls, but this is right up there in the "how did that happen?" category ..

Maybe that guy who adulterated the painkillers in Beckenham had something to do with it?

Maybe the pain killers would help soothe the brain-freeze if you have a dodgy filling in your mouth!
