Kalabash of Culture

Totally empty for last couple days. No tables, chairs etc. Anyone know what’s happened to it?

Sadly the owner got sick and they closed back in January. It was on their Facebook page. A pity as I was very much looking forward to trying it (relatively new to the area) but missed our chance.

Thanks. That is a shame. I was looking forward to trying it to but never got around to it.

Not a great outlook for the High St if another shop stays empty for a lengthy period. Let's hope for a speedy occupation for the premisis as well as the Yoga Studio (Ladbrooke's), Nando's and something next to the BottleCave.

That's disappointing as we used to go in and the last time, just after they'd been closed and opened again, I asked after the health of the owner and they said he was doing OK. Hopefully he still is even though the restaurant has closed so best regards to him.

I hope he is well too. The food in there was excellent.

I hope something similar opens.
